We’re proud of Social Soup, and we really want you to enjoy being a part of the family. To help you make the most of us, we have a ‘Code of Conduct’ designed to make Social Soup a win for everyone.

Be honest.
We’re a Word of Mouth network that influences the future of products and brands. We work most effectively if our Social Soupers say what they really think. This way we challenge our clients to do good work so we can spread the good word.

Be transparent.
We are always upfront and honest about what we are doing. Social Soup is designed to give people’s opinions and ideas a chance to be heard. Social Soupers are not out there to sell, but to speak up about what they really think.

Be informed.
Every project is different, but we will always give you some background information to help you understand and appreciate what the Social Soup community is trying to achieve.

Please listen to your friends’ and families’ opinions, so when we listen to you, we get the widest range of opinions possible.
